Job Summary:
Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide clerical and administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. Duties: - Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner and show them to their accommodation. - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Maintain office filing systems both physically and computerised - Type documents, reports, and correspondence as needed - Requirements: - Proven experience of Microsoft Office and Excel would be essential. Professional phone etiquette and communication skills. There are also some front of house duties, which may require light clearing down .
Ability with numeracy would be an advantage.
Candidates will be expected to work evenings and weekends on a rolling rota basis, we also appreciate candidates that are willing to cover staff sickness and holidays.
