Wood & Stone Floors & SnapFloors

Location: Tunbridge Wells, Kent (with travel to projects across the South East)

Salary: £30,000–£40,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Performance Bonus

We're looking for a creative, driven and ambitious Content & Brand Manager to take ownership of the content and social presence of two growing flooring brands.

Wood & Stone Floors is an established and growing premium flooring business with studios across the South East and an exciting new studio opening in Edinburgh, specialising in luxury wood flooring, porcelain tiles and professional installation.

SnapFloors is our fast-growing ecommerce brand, supplying premium flooring nationwide through an online-first model.

This is a unique opportunity to create content that genuinely influences the growth of both businesses.

About the Role

This isn't a desk job.

One day you'll be filming an incredible herringbone installation in a luxury home, the next you'll be photographing new products, interviewing customers or creating engaging content for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.

You'll become the creative force behind both brands.

Working closely with our Studio Managers and installation teams, you'll capture and create compelling content that showcases our products, craftsmanship, completed projects and industry expertise.

Our specialist digital marketing team already manages Google Ads, Meta advertising, SEO and our websites. Your role is to supply them with outstanding creative content that helps drive engagement, enquiries and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Visit customer projects to photograph and film installations.
Produce professional photography and video content.
Create engaging Instagram Reels, TikToks and YouTube Shorts.
Manage and grow our social media channels.
Write blogs, buying guides and customer case studies.
Produce email marketing campaigns.
Update Google Business Profiles.
Gather customer testimonials and reviews.
Build a library of professional marketing assets.
Work closely with our digital marketing team to provide creative content for advertising campaigns.
Help shape and strengthen both brands.

What We're Looking For

We're far more interested in creativity, passion and attitude than a specific degree.

You'll ideally have experience in photography, videography, video editing, social media management, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or CapCut, copywriting, content creation and brand development.

You'll also be creative, organised, self-motivated, confident speaking with customers, happy travelling to project sites, comfortable working independently and passionate about producing high-quality work. Knowledge of interiors, construction or home improvement would be an advantage but is not essential.
