Overview
We are dedicated to enhancing natural beauty through our top-tier aesthetic treatments. We are seeking a dynamic Part-Time Receptionist/Administrator who possesses marketing skills to join our team. If you have an eye for detail, a flair for marketing, and a passion for beauty, we would love to have you on board.

Duties

Warmly welcome clients and manage check-in and check-out processes.
Coordinate and confirm appointments with efficiency and precision.
Maintain and update client records, ensuring data accuracy.
Assist with administrative tasks to support clinic operations.
Provide personal assistant support to the management team, including scheduling and correspondence.
Help develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns.
Manage and create content for the clinic's social media platforms.
Analyse marketing metrics and prepare reports to assess campaign performance.
Contribute to maintaining a clean and inviting reception and work environment.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service, marketing, or administrative roles is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a personable demean-or.
Proficient in office software, with experience in marketing or social media tools.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work independently or as part of a team.
Interest in beauty and aesthetics, with a creative approach to marketing.
