We are seeking talented Beauty Therapist and/or Nail Tech to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to grow with us, contribute to the development of the salon, and build lasting relationships with clients. We welcome both employed candidates and independent professionals interested in chair rental arrangements.
Beauticians and Nail Techs:
We are particularly looking for talented beauticians and nail techs to join our team. Whether you specialise in waxing, lashes, massage or facials, or other advanced techniques, we’d love to hear from you. If you offer unique or in-demand services, please be sure to highlight these in your application.
You’ll have the opportunity to offer your treatments to our existing clientele, and we also welcome technicians who already have their own loyal clients.
Skills and Experience We Are Looking For:
We are open to professionals with expertise across a range of beauty and hair services, including but not limited to:
- Hair Stylists (cutting, colouring, extensions, bridal hair)
- Lash Technicians
- Brow Technicians
- Makeup Artists (MUA)
- Massage Therapists
- Nail Technicians
- Wellness Practitioners
- Aestheticians
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultations: Engage with clients to understand their needs, offering expert advice and personalised recommendations.
- Build Client Base: Actively work to develop and retain your own client base through excellent service and engagement.
- Service Delivery: Provide top-quality treatments and services within your area of expertise.
- Product Knowledge: Advise clients on suitable products to maintain and enhance their results at home.
- Customer Service: Ensure each client has a positive, professional, and enjoyable experience.
- Salon Maintenance: Contribute to keeping the salon environment clean, organised, and welcoming.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with your colleagues and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and take advantage of training opportunities.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2/3 years’ experience in your chosen beauty discipline.
- Multi-skilled candidates are highly desirable, especially in massage, lash lift and waxing.
- Strong work ethic and passion for the beauty industry.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A professional appearance and ability to deliver high-quality service.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
- A team-focused attitude.
- An existing client base is desirable but not essential.
- Experience in other hospitality roles (e.g., barista, bar settings) would be advantageous, but not required.
