As the Official League Title Sponsor of the Cymru Leagues, we're entering an exciting new chapter and are looking for a creative, ambitious Marketing & Social Media Executive to help tell our story.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role for someone who lives and breathes social media. You'll be responsible for creating engaging content, growing our online presence and capturing the exciting work we do across the UK.
No two days are the same. One day you could be filming product demonstrations at our office, the next creating content at a football match, interviewing partners or showcasing our technology at events.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other social platforms.
- Plan, schedule and publish social media content.
- Grow our social media channels through creative, engaging campaigns.
- Capture high-quality photography and video content of our products, installations and events.
- Edit videos and create graphics suitable for social media.
- Attend football matches, events and customer sites to create behind-the-scenes and promotional content.
- Interview partners, customers and stakeholders where appropriate.
- Work closely with the wider team to develop marketing campaigns and brand messaging.
- Monitor social media performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Oversee the marketing strategy of the company and suggest solutions for growth of the company
- Write and distribute in industry press releases where required
- Assist with setting up events, organising merchandise and liaising with clients etc
About You
We're looking for someone who is creative, confident and passionate about content creation.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience managing business social media accounts
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills
- Strong photography and videography skills with experience or understanding of professional shots
- Experience editing short-form video content for social media
- A good understanding of current social media trends
- Confidence speaking and conducting informal interviews
- The ability to work independently and bring new ideas to the team
- Willingness to travel across the UK and internationally should the opportunities arise
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when required, mileage can be claimed. Additional travel expenses where applicable will be covered.
An interest in Welsh football, hospitality or sustainability would be an advantage but isn't essential.
Working Hours
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with shifts scheduled between 8:00am and 6:00pm.
Due to the nature of the role, flexibility is essential. You'll occasionally be required to work evenings and weekends to attend football matches, industry events, product launches and other marketing opportunities. Time off in lieu or flexible working arrangements will be provided where appropriate.
