Full job description

Job responsibilities

As practice manager, you will:

Lead and manage the practice to provide high-quality, efficient, and effective patient care
Embed a culture of openness, transparency and trust across the whole practice team
Lead the team through any changes needed in the provision of patient care the practice provides directly, and via the practice network
Identify threats and opportunities in the primary care landscape
Develop, lead, and implement the practice strategy and business plan with the partners
Provide leadership and management to ensure the practice meets its agreed aims and objectives
Monitor and evaluate performance of the practice team; Identify & manage any changes needed
Develop and maintain effective communication within the practice and with relevant outside agencies
Work professionally and flexibly with a practical approach
Ensure all statutory requirements are met
Represent the practice, maintaining good working relationships with outside agencies and professional bodies

Salary Dependent on experience.
