Working Hours: Monday to Friday 09:30 to 18:00; Saturday 10:00 to 16:00. This is a five-day-per-week role with a rotational schedule providing two days off.

Key Responsibilities
The daily duties of our Retail Associate team are designed to ensure the smooth running of the store and the satisfaction of our clientele:
- Providing a high standard of Retail Customer Service, ensuring all visitors feel valued and assisted throughout their visit.
- Developing expert product knowledge to act as a trusted Sales Consultant, offering insights into materials, fit, and style.
- Building and maintaining professional relationships with regular customers to support long-term brand loyalty.
- Ensuring the shop floor reflects our premium status through consistent attention to store presentation and visual merchandising.
- Managing stock effectively, which includes receiving new deliveries, organising the stockroom, and ensuring the sales floor is fully replenished.
- Processing transactions accurately using our point of sale systems and maintaining tidy till points.
- Maintaining the CRM database to ensure customer records are accurate and up to date for future engagement.
- Contributing to the successful launch of new seasons and store promotions.
- Collaborating with management and colleagues to ensure store sales targets and service standards are met.
- Adhering to all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe environment for both staff and shoppers.
