Full job description

Duties:
- Assist the lead instructor in delivering classes
- Provide support and guidance to students during sessions
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of equipment and materials
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the lead instructor
- Collaborate with other assistant instructors to ensure smooth class operations

Experience:
- Previous experience working with young children (3-6) critical

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Patience and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs

- Experience working in martial arts or other sport/fitness settings beneficial

As an Assistant Instructor, you will play a vital role in supporting the lead instructor in delivering high-quality instruction to our students. You will assist with planning and implementing instructional activities, provide guidance to students, and help create a positive learning environment. Your experience working with younger students, along with your knowledge of the subject matter, will contribute to the success of our classes. If you have strong communication skills, experience working with young children, and have a passion for martial arts/fitness, we encourage you to apply for this position.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
