RJ Collectibles Ltd, trading as JoJo Bargains, is a rapidly growing e-commerce and live-selling business. We currently sell across platforms including Whatnot and are expanding into TikTok Shop, eBay, and Amazon FBA.
We are looking for a driven, technically minded individual who wants to play a major role in our growth. This is not a standard social media role. We want someone who can bring ideas, solve problems, improve systems, and help take our business to the next level.
If you love live streaming, social media growth, e-commerce, AI tools, content creation, and finding ways to increase sales, this could be the perfect opportunity.
The Role
You will work closely with the management team to help grow our audience, improve our live streams, increase online sales, and develop our digital presence across multiple platforms.
Your Responsibilities
* Managing and improving live-selling broadcasts on Whatnot, TikTok Live, and future platforms
* Setting up and operating OBS and streaming software
* Creating engaging content for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
* Identifying social media trends and opportunities
* Running and optimising paid advertising campaigns
* Assisting with TikTok Shop growth and strategy
* Creating graphics, thumbnails, promotional materials, and marketing assets
* Using AI tools to improve content creation and business efficiency
* Analysing performance data and identifying opportunities for growth
* Testing new platforms, software, and sales channels
* Supporting the launch and growth of future e-commerce projects
* Working closely with the team to improve processes and drive business growth
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience
* Experience using OBS or similar live-streaming software
* Experience with live-streaming platforms such as Whatnot, TikTok Live, Twitch, YouTube Live, or similar
* Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation
* Excellent computer and technical skills
* Ability to work independently and solve problems
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Desirable Skills
* Experience growing social media accounts
* Experience running TikTok Ads or Facebook Ads
* Graphic design experience using Canva, Photoshop, or similar software
* Experience with e-commerce platforms such as eBay, Amazon, Shopify, or TikTok Shop
* Knowledge of AI tools including ChatGPT and other productivity software
* Photography or videography skills
* Experience within live-selling or online retail environments
* Confidence presenting on camera and interacting with customers during live streams
Additional Opportunity
As our live-selling business continues to grow, there may be opportunities to become involved directly in our live broadcasts.
While this is not a requirement of the role, candidates who are comfortable appearing on camera, engaging with customers, showcasing products, and assisting during live sales events will have a significant advantage.
