Job Overview
We are seeking a Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality and customer care, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This role requires excellent organisational skills and the ability to supervise staff effectively, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

Manage front of house operations, ensuring high standards of service and hospitality are maintained at all times.
Supervise and train staff, including waitstaff and bartenders, to deliver exceptional service.
Assist in the planning and execution of events, coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving to resolve issues promptly.
Collaborate with the culinary team to enhance menu offerings and improve overall guest satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.

Experience

Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or culinary sector is essential.
Experience in bartending or food preparation is advantageous.
Proven ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact confidently with guests and staff alike.
