As a Mental Health Support Worker, you'll become part of a dedicated team supporting individuals with mental health needs on their recovery journey, helping them lead fulfilling and meaningful lives.
No two days are ever the same.
You will support residents with:
Developing daily living skills
Cooking and meal preparation
Managing appointments and medication
Budgeting and household tasks
Accessing education, employment, and community activities
Building confidence and independence
Emotional wellbeing and recovery support
As our services continue to evolve to meet the needs of the people we support, there may also be occasions in the future where personal care support is required. Full training and guidance will always be provided where necessary.

Experience in care, support work, mental health services, or a Level 2/3 Health & Social Care qualification is desirable
Experience supporting a family member, friend or individual with additional needs is welcomed
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Two satisfactory references covering the last three years
Ability to complete an Enhanced DBS check (paid for by us)
