We have an exciting opportunity to join our growing team at Cumbria Constabulary as a Programme Administrator.

Cumbria Constabulary is at the forefront of delivering organisational and technology-enabled change, and our team takes pride in supporting the delivery of innovative and impactful programmes across the force.

We are seeking highly organised, collaborative and enthusiastic individuals to provide professional administrative support to a range of programmes and projects. These may include both organisational (business) change initiatives and technology-enabled projects/programmes.

You will play a key role in supporting programme and project delivery by providing effective and efficient administrative support across a range of activities, helping to ensure projects run smoothly and successfully.

Working Arrangements

We are recruiting to multiple temporary posts, with contracts available for up to 2 years.
Roles are full-time (37 hours per week); however, we are committed to supporting flexible working and will consider part-time hours, job share arrangements, and alternative working patterns (such as school hours) where possible.
The role is based at Cumbria Constabulary HQ in Penrith, with opportunities for hybrid and remote working, subject to service needs.

£25,278 - £26,703

Temporary for up to 2 years (to allow for completion of the apprenticeship)

Apprenticeship applicants must meet the following entry requirements:

Candidates require Level 2 Functional Skills Maths and English (equivalent to GCSE grade 4 (C) or above).
