Vertu Vauxhall Carlisle
We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join the team at Vertu Vauxhall Carlisle. This role offers a competitive basic salary of £27,000, with on-target earnings (OTE) of £45,000 and uncapped commission, meaning top performers can earn in excess of £60,000.
In addition to strong earning potential, we’re committed to supporting a healthy work-life balance. You will work a 40-hour week across five 8-hour shifts, be on rota for most Saturdays (our busiest trading day), and benefit from a guaranteed day off during the week. The dealership is closed on Sundays, giving you a consistent day to relax and recharge.

You’ll receive full training and a structured onboarding programme designed to set you up for success and help you maximise your earnings from day one.
As a Sales Executive, you will take ownership of the customer journey from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience that leaves every customer confident in their purchase.

- Currently working as a Sales Executive within the automotive industry (minimum 12 months’ experience)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A genuine commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- Flexibility to work weekends and varying shifts
- Full UK driving licence (manual and automatic)
