We apply a career grade system to our Occupational Therapist roles, meaning your starting salary will depend on your competencies, experience, and qualifications. We then support staff to progress through the career grade in line with their development against the requirements at each step of the grade.

We’re looking for experienced, person‑centred Occupational Therapists who want to make a real difference across our Adult Social Care teams. You’ll bring a clear understanding of the legislation and local priorities that shape our work, along with the confidence to apply this in a practical, supportive way. Strong communication and problem‑solving skills are essential, as is a commitment to strength‑based, person‑centred practice that helps people live well and stay independent.
