The Bank is a busy Mediterranean restaurant in the heart of Locksbottom, known for its high-quality food, exceptional service and welcoming atmosphere. We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly and reliable individuals to join our front of house team.

Whether you have previous experience or are looking to develop your hospitality career, we'd love to hear from people who are passionate about providing excellent customer service.

The Role

As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a key role in ensuring every guest enjoys an outstanding dining experience from the moment they arrive until they leave.

Key Responsibilities

Greeting and seating customers in a warm and professional manner.
Taking food and drink orders accurately using the restaurant's ordering system.
Serving food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
Providing menu recommendations and answering customer questions.
Ensuring tables are clean, well-presented and fully prepared for guests.
Checking on customers throughout their visit to ensure complete satisfaction.
Processing payments accurately.
Working closely with the kitchen and bar teams to deliver excellent service.
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation throughout the restaurant.
Following all food hygiene, health and safety procedures.

Previous waitressing or hospitality experience is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive, friendly and professional attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong teamwork skills.
Smart appearance and excellent personal presentation.
Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
