We are a thriving health and fitness company operating across London, and we are seeking a passionate, experienced, and patient-focused Employed Physiotherapist to join our close-knit team at our Abbeville Road clinic in Clapham (SW4) this September.
We are open to both full-time and part-time candidates (up to 40 hours per week) across a structured schedule, giving you guaranteed financial security, key weekend clinical availability, and complete employment protections.

1. A Compensation Model That Bridges the Employed & Self-Employed Gap
- Guaranteed £40,000 Base Salary (FTE): A secure, steady PAYE safety net paid every month (£3,333.33 gross/month for 40 hours, pro-rata for part-time), regardless of seasonal clinic fluctuations or quiet periods.
- Uncapped 42.5% Commission: Earn a flat 42.5% commission on all clinical billings generated above your salary baseline. As your diary fills, your earnings scale directly with your clinical effort.
- Open to Part-Time Candidates: Looking for part-time hours? We welcome part-time applications. All base salary figures, thresholds, and earning projections will simply be pro-rated based on your agreed contracted hours.
- Earning Potential by Diary Capacity (Based on Full-Time 40 Hours/Week):
- 60% Capacity (Settling In): Realistic expected earnings of ~£48,000 – £54,000 per annum (pro-rata).
- 70% Capacity (Busy Diary): Realistic expected earnings of ~£56,000 – £62,000 per annum (pro-rata).
- 80% Capacity (High Utilization): Realistic expected earnings of ~£64,000 – £72,000+ per annum (pro-rata).
2. Full PAYE Protections & Zero Out-of-Pocket Expenses
- Full Paid Holiday Entitlement: 28 days paid annual leave per year (including Bank Holidays), accrued on a contracted hours basis.
- Comprehensive Sickness Cover: Full Statutory Sick Pay (SSP) from day one, plus Company Sick Pay (CSP) providing full salary continuation (up to 1 week per year) after 1 year of service.
- Maternity & Parental Benefits: Full Statutory Maternity Pay (SMP) coverage and workplace pension contributions.
- Zero Overhead Costs: Unlike self-employed roles, you do not need to buy separate liability/indemnity insurance—you are fully covered under our company policy. We also fully fund and process your DBS check.

What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a proactive, self-motivated clinician who excels in client care, treatment planning, and long-term patient retention:
- Post-Graduate Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience in physiotherapy (private practice experience highly desirable).
- Professional Registration: Full HCPC and CSP registration required.
- Clinical Excellence: Proven track record in musculoskeletal assessment, manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation, and clear care planning.
- Schedule Availability: Open to full-time or part-time availability (up to 40 hours per week) within our clinic windows, with availability every Saturday being a mandatory core requirement.
- Fixed Work Location: Dedicated role based permanently at our Abbeville Road (Clapham - SW4) clinic.
- Right to Work: Must have full legal authorisation to work in the UK (we are currently unable to sponsor visas).
