Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Canvassers. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with the community, promoting our services, and gathering valuable feedback. This position is ideal for those who enjoy working outdoors, have strong communication skills, and self motivated.
Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing to promote our services and initiatives.
- Engage with residents in a friendly and professional manner, providing information and answering questions.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and report findings to the management team.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective canvassing strategies.
- Represent the organisation positively at all times, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
This is a fully commission based role where rewards are directly linked to effort
Own vehicle is essential as we cover from Bridgend to Newport.

Pay: £25,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
