Why This Role Matters
Our Production Operative Assemblers are the steady hands and sharp eyes behind each beautifully crafted trike we send out into the world. You’ll help bring components to life—from first assembly to final pack—while keeping quality, craftsmanship, and care at the heart of everything.
You don’t need to know everything on day one; what matters most is enthusiasm, a can do attitude, respect for your teammates, and the drive to keep learning. We’ll train you up and support you every step of the way.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Playing a crucial role in the assembly of finished component parts and sub-assemblies
- Using hand and air tools with ease and confidence
- Act in a responsibly manner to follow Health & Safety regulations
- Any other duties commensurate with the post
What You Bring
Essential
- Ability to learn and use a range of hand tools safely and accurately
- Mechanical or engineering experience
- A positive, “let’s figure this out” mindset
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask when needed
- Great communication and a team-first attitude
- Respect, kindness, and the willingness to support and be supported by colleagues
- Initiative and motivation to meet targets
- A level of physical fitness that allows you to:
- Climb step ladders (2m+)
- Lift boxes up to 20kg
- Help unload shipping containers as part of a team
Nice-to-Haves
- Cytech Level 2 or bike mechanic knowledge
- Lean manufacturing/Kaizen/6 Sigma familiarity
- Basic IT skills
- Knowledge of stock rotation
- Knowledge of 3D printing
