Customer Advisor – Argos (in Sainsbury’s)

Rate: £13.23 per hour
Location: Penzance Store, Cornwall, TR18 3RF
Hours: Part time, 30 hours per week

Shift hours
Must be fully flexible from 7am - 8pm, any 5 days in 7. Primary location Argos Penzance with additional working hours across the following Argos stores: Camborne, Helston, Truro and Falmouth.

Eligibility:

You must be above the school-leaver age in your country School leaving age - GOV.UK
You must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK
Most roles are part-time working across a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends. Your hours will be scheduled to fit around your availability and may vary from week to week.

What you’ll be doing:

Ensure our customers have a great shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service on the tills, website screens on the shopfloor and at the collection counter
Collect products from the stock area for customers, take payments, provide details on our financial service offerings for certain products and process refunds
Make sure that the stock room is neat and tidy, and restocking products from deliveries
Be present on the shop floor helping customers with questions and provide advice on a wide range of products
Build great knowledge about our products, services and promotions to help provide recommendations
