The OC Kitchen has a rare opening for a Senior Chef De Partie to join their talented Kitchen crew.

Start date: ASAP. Fixed term until October 2026
Pay: £13.75 per hour plus a share of tronc
Hours: Up to 48 hours per week, with a minimum of 35 hours guaranteed. (Up to 5 days with 2 consecutive days off and an avoidance of split shifts), to include evenings and weekends.
What you’ll do:
- Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to consistently high standards
- Keeping a well organised, clean and stocked section throughout service
- Provide support to the Head Chef and Senior Sous with menu planning and development
- Mentoring and helping to develop the Junior team, providing support and guidance for the future Kitchen superstars
