WE’RE LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED ARTISAN BAKER!

Are you obsessed with bread? Do you get excited about a perfectly fermented dough? Do you think a good croissant can fix almost anything?

Then we might have just the job for you!

We’re a young, fun and seriously food-obsessed bakery looking for an experienced Artisan Baker to join our growing team.

We’re not your traditional, old-school bakery. We love great food, big ideas, good music, good people and having a laugh while we work — but when it comes to what comes out of our ovens, we take it very seriously.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

You'll be getting stuck into the good stuff:

Making beautiful artisan breads Working with sourdough and long fermentation Mixing, shaping, proving and baking Creating delicious pastries and other bakery treats Making sure every loaf, bun and pastry leaving the bakery is bloody good! Helping us develop new and exciting products Keeping production running smoothly and efficiently Maintaining a clean, organised and safe bakery Sharing your knowledge with the rest of the team And, of course, eating the occasional "slightly wonky one" — it would be rude not to!

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We need someone who knows their stuff.

You don't necessarily need a stack of qualifications — we care much more about what you can actually do.

Ideally, you'll have solid professional baking experience and be confident with:

Sourdough Fermentation Dough development Artisan bread Pastry Production baking

You'll be someone who understands that great baking isn't just chucking ingredients into a mixer and hoping for the best!

You understand time, temperature, hydration, fermentation and consistency — and you care about getting things right.

Most importantly, you need to be:

Passionate about baking.. Proud of what you produce..Knowledgeable but always keen to learn.. Fast and organised when the bakery gets busy..Fun to work with.. Hardworking and reliable.. A proper foodie
