Full job description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an organised and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to support purchasing, inventory, logistics and supplier activities. You will help maintain product availability, coordinate deliveries and ensure supply chain information remains accurate.

This position suits someone who communicates confidently, manages priorities effectively and enjoys solving day-to-day operational issues.

What You’ll Do:

Process purchase orders and coordinate delivery schedules
Monitor stock levels, orders and product availability
Communicate with suppliers, warehouses and transport providers
Track shipments and provide accurate delivery updates
Resolve shortages, delays and order discrepancies
Maintain supplier, inventory and logistics records
Support stock forecasting and demand-planning activities
Prepare reports on costs, deliveries and supplier performance
Work with procurement, warehouse and customer service teams
Suggest practical improvements to supply chain processes

Requirements:

Experience in supply chain, logistics, purchasing or administration
Strong organisation, communication and problem-solving skills
Confidence using Microsoft Excel and general office systems
Good numerical ability and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing deadlines
Professional approach when communicating with suppliers
ERP or inventory-system knowledge is helpful but not essential
Applicants with transferable coordination experience are welcome
