In this dynamic role, you will provide expert nail services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements, while creating a welcoming environment for clients. Your skills in customer service, social media management, and hospitality will help build lasting relationships and elevate our salon’s reputation. Responsibilities

Perform a variety of nail treatments such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity
Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in accordance with health and safety standards
Provide excellent customer service by listening to client needs and offering personalized recommendations
Manage appointment scheduling at the front desk, ensuring smooth flow of client flow and minimizing wait times
Promote salon services and retail products through upselling techniques to enhance client satisfaction and increase revenue
Engage with clients via social media platforms to showcase work, promote special offers, and attract new clientele
Assist with additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions or makeup application when required

Skills

Strong management skills to handle appointments efficiently and oversee daily salon operations
Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and team members effectively
Proficiency in social media management to boost salon visibility and attract new guests
Outstanding customer service abilities to create a welcoming atmosphere for all clients
Experience with eyelash extensions, deep tissue massage, makeup application, or barbering is a plus but not required
Knowledge of hospitality principles to ensure guest services are consistently exceptional
Ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining genuine care for client needs
