Purpose

The Partnerships and Integration Manager acts as a key bridge between local stakeholders, employers and internal delivery teams. The role is responsible for identifying, onboarding and managing external partners to ensure high‑quality, compliant and integrated service delivery, particularly across employability, health and wellbeing provision.

The post holder will support contract mobilisation, partnership performance and continuous improvement, ensuring external provision aligns with organisational delivery models, quality standards and social value objectives.

Location:
This role will be home based however the successful candidate will be expected to visit our nationwide offices on occasion. The f requency of office visits in general are expected to be around once a fortnight but will be driven by the candidates diary.
