We are a well-established, family-run business based in Pershore, specialising in the design, manufacture, and finishing of high-quality bespoke furniture. Our projects include fitted bedrooms, kitchens, utility rooms, home offices, media units, wardrobes, and other made-to-measure furniture, all crafted to the highest standards.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Furniture Sprayer to join our workshop team.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role for a skilled sprayer who can confidently produce a high-quality finish on bespoke furniture and cabinetry. The successful candidate will be expected to integrate into our production team quickly and take ownership of the spraying process with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Spraying bespoke furniture, cabinetry, and fitted furniture components to a high standard.
- Preparing surfaces for finishing, including sanding and final preparation.
- Mixing paints and finishes as required.
- Applying primers, topcoats, lacquers, and specialist finishes.
- Inspecting finished items to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe spray area.
- Working closely with the workshop team to meet production schedules and deadlines.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Furniture Sprayer, Paint Sprayer, Cabinet Sprayer, Joinery Sprayer, or similar role.
- Experience spraying MDF, hardwoods, veneers, and bespoke furniture components.
- Ability to consistently achieve a high-quality finish.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Reliable, punctual, and a positive team player.
- Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential.
