£24,800 basic + 20% bonus (OTE £29,760)| Company Van | Mon - Fri | Full Time
Territory: Edinburgh, Kirkcaldy, Livingston, Stirling and surrounds
Looking to start a career in sales, FMCG or field marketing?
This is a hands-on, entry-level Field Sales role working with two major household brands - Haribo and Molson Coors - through Powerforce, a multi-award-winning field marketing company.
You don’t need previous sales experience.
Full training, coaching and support are provided - we’re looking for attitude, potential and drive.
Important Driving Requirements
This role includes a company manual van.
You must hold a full UK manual driving licence for at least 12 months.
(Automatic-only licences cannot be considered)
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Field Sales Executive, you’ll visit independent and convenience stores across your local territory, learning how sales and brand marketing work in the real world.

Relationship Building - Be the main point of contact for store owners and staff

Sales & Visibility - Promote products, build displays and increase brand presence

Retail Execution - Support availability, stock levels and in-store engagement

Team Collaboration - Share best practice and learn alongside a supportive team
