Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telemarketer to join our team in Dunfermline. This role is vital in expanding our customer base and promoting our diverse range of cleaning services. As a Telemarketer, you will play a key role in supporting our mission to deliver exceptional cleaning solutions.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our cleaning services including carpet cleaning, leather & fabric suite cleaning, rug cleaning, SkyVac gutter cleaning service, pressure washing, sealing & restoration.
- Identify customer needs and present suitable service options.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within CRM systems.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with Cleaning Technicians
- Achieve daily and weekly call targets to support business growth.
- Provide excellent customer service and answer client inquiries professionally
Qualifications
- Proven experience in telemarketing or B2B sales is preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the cleaning industry is advantageous but not essential.
