Following significant investment, a stunning restaurant transformation, the launch of a state of the art kitchen and ambitious plans for future growth, we're looking for a commercially driven leader to help take the estate to the next level.
Set within 365 acres of beautiful Perthshire countryside, Murrayshall is far more than a hotel. With luxury accommodation, award-winning dining, championship golf, weddings, events and unforgettable experiences all under one roof, this is a rare opportunity to shape the commercial future of one of Scotland's most exciting country estates.
We're looking for a Director of Hotel Sales, Marketing & Events who combines strategic thinking with hands on delivery. Someone who spots opportunities, builds relationships, creates momentum and inspires teams to achieve exceptional results.
The Role
You'll lead our sales, marketing and events strategy, driving revenue growth, strengthening brand awareness and ensuring Murrayshall remains the destination of choice for guests, businesses, golfers, event organisers and couples alike.
You'll be responsible for:
- Developing and delivering the estate's sales, marketing and events strategy
- Growing accommodation, corporate, leisure, golf, weddings and event revenues
- Building and nurturing key local, regional and national partnerships
- Driving marketing campaigns, digital activity, PR and brand development
- Identifying new business opportunities and revenue streams
- Leading the events team to maximise bookings and guest experience
- Using insight, data and market trends to inform commercial decisions
- Collaborating with operational teams to ensure commercial success translates into exceptional delivery
- Coaching, developing and motivating a high performing team
About You
You will already be a leader in Sales & Marketing in the hospitality or travel industry ready for your next challenge.
