We are looking to recruit for Two Customer Support Advisors:
36 hour per week - Temporary based in Glenrothes till April 2028.
The Role
As a Customer Support Advisor, you’ll:
- Work as part of the Customer Support Team to provide an outstanding,reliableand continually improving service that exceeds customer expectations.
- Respond to customer queries,in a timely manner, witha high level of accuracy.
- Provide a proficient and professional reception service.
- Help to deliver core customer journeys in rent payments, repairs,complaintsand housing management issues for Group customers.
Develop and maintain working relationships with colleagues across the organisation and external stakeholders. Utilise and support the implementation and development of new systems and platforms

About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- SVQ3 level qualification (or relevant experience) in a relevant subject
- Experience of working in a customer facing office environment
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong understanding of Data protection
- Strong digital skills
- The ability to remain calm under pressure
