Full job description

We’re looking for a Business Admin Coordinator to join our Book Printing UK team.

This is a busy, hands-on role where you’ll work closely with a Business Development Manager, supporting customers once their order is placed and helping projects move smoothly from quote to finished print.

If you’re highly organised, enjoy speaking with customers, and like the satisfaction of keeping lots of moving parts on track, this role could be a great fit.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be at the centre of the customer journey — keeping clients updated, solving problems, and making sure projects run smoothly.

This includes:

Managing customer queries by phone and email
Supporting customer accounts and live print projects
Coordinating orders, updates, and admin using our internal systems
Working with internal teams to keep deadlines on track
Building strong customer relationships and encouraging repeat business

This role includes monthly reprint targets and a bonus structure, perfect if you enjoy clear goals and targets.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone with solid admin experience who genuinely enjoys delivering great customer service.

You’ll likely do well if you’re:

Organised and able to juggle multiple priorities
Confident communicating with customers and colleagues
Calm under pressure when things get busy
Proactive and comfortable taking ownership
Positive, practical, and quick to learn

Print experience would be a bonus, but it’s not essential.
