- Managing, supporting and developing two team members.
- Supporting hedge accounting activity where required, working with available group support functions.
- Ensuring reporting deadlines are met and working relationships are built across a group environment.
- Supporting compliance with financial control frameworks where relevant to the role.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in management reporting, month-end reporting and financial accounting.
- Experience in group reporting, consolidation or working within a large group environment.
- Stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate input and resolve queries across multiple teams and business units.
- A continuous improvement and control-focused mindset.
- Good communication skills and the confidence to work with stakeholders across finance, business performance and wider group teams.
- The ability to manage reporting deadlines and work effectively in a structured monthly reporting cycle.
- Previous experience of various ERP systems, including different versions of MS Dynamics
- Experience managing or supporting a team would be beneficial, but we’re also open to someone ready to take that next step.
