This is a new role created to focus on the delivery of Peterborough's ambitious and exciting growth and regeneration. It includes the development of the station quarter, the embankment, city centre, and the wider Peterborough. With a strong partnership with several Government Departments, Homes England and the Cambridge and Peterborough Combined Authority, the Council has secured significant grant funding and is delivering Council led projects as well as facilitating investor and housing developer led projects.
There is an existing team of experienced and professional managers and space to further grow project management support.
Managing a total budget exceeding £100m, this is a role for an experienced property development professional, who can build and motivate teams, working in a political environment to achieve large scale growth and regeneration.
