Job Description:
We are expanding our team and looking for a new team members with the right attitudes and who are great team players. We are happy to train the right candidates as full training will be given, so no experience is necessary. We are also big on career development.
Due to our insurance, you need to be a minimum age of 18 due to the use of machinery. For roles that involve driving the company vehicle, we require candidates to be 21 or over and who have a full driving licence that can drive a LWB vehicle.
The role will also include meeting and greeting customers, helping them sort out their materials and process this on our 'IT system'. Once the customer has been dealt with, we need to process the material. This involves some lifting and is very physical, hands-on work. You will also be required to drive our forklifts at site at times, to load and unload the vehicle for which, full training will be arranged.

Role & Responsibilities:
· Ensure the company Values are upheld at all times.
· Adhere to the Easy Recycling Solution (ERS) company policies and procedures/health and safety manual at all times.
· Ensure that PPE is used at all times.
· Support the unit and area manager.
· Ensure the security of the units is maintained.
· Assist your team with customers as and when required.
· Ensure that you check and purchase the material correctly following your training and the procedures.
· Provide adequate customer service to all customers at all times. Be polite, helpful and informative.
· In order to keep a well-organised and safe environment, it is vital that we deal with all material in a timely manner.
· Process the customer forms correctly and follow the ERS procedures/training given regarding customer forms.
· Ensure that the working areas and facilities are kept clean and tidy at all times.
· Complete the machinery check sheets daily and report any issues to the area manager.
· Ensure that you work safely in accordance with our health and safety manual and staff handbook.

Working Hours:
- Full time role:
- 4 weekdays: 08:00 – 17:00 (1-hour unpaid break)
- Saturday: 08:00 – 14:00 (30-minute unpaid break)
- Total: 37.5 hours per week
- Part time role:
- 2 weekdays and Saturday morning 08:00-14:00 (30-minute unpaid break)
- Total: 21.5 hours per week.
