Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Insurance Claims Administrator to join our team in GB. This full-time, permanent role is based in the UK and offers an exciting opportunity to be part of one of the fastest-growing motor breakdown companies. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing customer claims and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Responsibilities

Handle customer calls following a claim.
Accurately receive and input customer details into our management software.
Understand membership wordings, policy wordings and customer benefits to advise customers appropriately.
Maintain detailed records of all interactions and claim progress.
Uphold company standards by delivering timely and efficient support.
Contribute to team efforts by sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues.
Qualifications
Exceptional customer service skills with a warm personality.
Basic computer skills and confidence in handling phone calls.
Ability to work within a team environment.
Previous experience in a call centre or customer service setting is advantageous but not essential.
Strong organizational skills and clerical experience are highly desirable.
Motivated with a good work ethic.
Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism.
