This is a varied administration role, which would suit a highly organised and proactive individual who is looking to start a career in Financial Services. For the right candidate there could be the opportunity to develop the role with progression to train as a paraplanner and to grow within the firm and the industry.

On a daily basis the role will include:
- Providing administration support to the team
- Managing incoming calls
- Sorting & managing incoming post
- Communicating with clients
- Liaising with internal and external partners
- Assisting with documentation and filing
- Any other administration duties as required

Going forward you will have the opportunity to develop paraplanner support to include:
- Request quotes from providers
- Process online quotes
- Check information received from providers
- Check compliance documents on file
- Conduct product research
