Accounts Administrator (Part-Time)

TruBuild Group Ltd is a growing and professional construction company delivering high-quality work across the residential, insurance, and commercial sectors.

We take pride in the service we provide to our clients and the standard of workmanship we deliver. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced and reliable Accounts Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and accounting experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced and professional environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the smooth and efficient running of the business through a variety of financial and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Processing and logging purchase invoices and receipts
Raising invoices and assisting with project invoicing
Closing completed projects
Making supplier payments and purchasing materials
Uploading and managing invoices on internal systems
Operating Xero accounting software
Liaising with accountants and suppliers
Managing financial documentation and records
General administration duties related to accounts and office operations

About You

We are looking for someone who:

Has previous experience in a similar accounts or administration role
Is competent using Xero
Has excellent IT skills and attention to detail
Communicates professionally and confidently
Can manage multiple tasks efficiently and remain organised
Works well independently and as part of a team

Hours

This is a part-time, permanent position. Working days and hours can be discussed and agreed to suit both the successful candidate and the business.

Salary

£13.50 – £15.00 per hour, depending on experience.
