Full job description

General purpose:

This role will support the delivery of Friars Pride's marketing strategy through the creation of digital and printed marketing materials. The role will involve producing creative content across multiple channels, including website, social media, email marketing, brochures, POS, exhibitions and sales campaigns, while ensuring brand consistency across all communications.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager you will support new product launches, promotional activity and business growth through design, photography, videography and digital content. You will also contribute to the ongoing development of the company's digital presence, including website improvements, SEO, customer communications and database management.

The role requires a proactive and innovative approach, utilising emerging digital technologies and AI to improve creative workflows, and produce graphics for marketing communications. You will continually identify opportunities to enhance the Friars Pride brand, support the wider sales and marketing team and contribute to projects that drive business growth.

Key deliverables:

Assist in creating opportunities for digital and e-comm website growth with customers.
Assist in the website Search Engine Optimisation to create website growth.
Production of imagery and video for the Friars Pride website, including product imagery and banners.
Production of the planned scheduled Friars Pride Newsletter ‘Good Habits’ and ‘Offer Sheets’ (printed and digital). Utilising AI to move Good Habits to a fully digital format, with video content, website links, and personalisation.
Management of company databases, including working with customer data for website and digital marketing requirements, including data cleansing and upkeep as required.
Production of company product brochures and product advertisements in printed versions every two years, and digital formats every month.
Productions of still and video graphics for social media and email campaigns.
Production of printed and digital communication for planned sales campaigns.
Production of POS and sales aids for Friars Pride own brand products.
Production of the annual Friars Pride calendar for customers.
Production of graphics and exhibition collateral for FRY I.T. and other tradeshows.
Working with the marketing team to product required graphics for Digital FRY I.T.
Utilising AI to assist and create design and video work.
Progressing AI within the company, including presenting ideas on how to utilise AI for Friars Prides Sales and Marketing departments.
Proactively showcase development opportunities for Friars Prides and our brands. Other design projects as required.
Dealing with stakeholders within the business and external suppliers.
To develop company knowledge by working within other departments within the business.

Requirements – experience:

Graduate calibre ideally with a degree in graphic design.
Must have experience with previous design projects and be able to showcase previous work.
Experience using the Adobe suite of software – Adobe Creative Cloud.
Desirable to be experienced in video creation and editing.
Assist with activities within the marketing team.

Requirements – qualifications:

Degree level educated ideally in digital graphic design or similar professional qualifications.
Excellent grades in English.
Skills in working with Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
Must be able to work in the Adobe suite of software, including Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
