We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Handle clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Answer phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks including invoicing and expense tracking.
- Organise meetings and appointments, coordinating schedules for team members.
- Support various administrative projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
- Familiarity with Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) is essential.
- Basic knowledge of QuickBooks is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
