Martial Arts Instructor — Inspired Martial Arts
Inspired Martial Arts is growing, and we're looking for the right people to teach with us across Peterborough, Eye, Wisbech, Huntingdon and Milton Keynes.
We're not a traditional martial arts academy. We use martial arts as the vehicle to build confidence, focus and character in children, taught through our five core values: Confidence, Respect, Discipline, Focus and Success. If you've got martial arts experience and you care about developing people, not just technique, we'll teach you the rest.
You'll receive full training in the Inspired way of teaching. That covers martial arts, but also how children actually learn and develop, how to run an encouragement-led class, and how to give every child a strong, positive start.

The role:
- Teaching children aged 3 to 16 across our programmes and five core values
- Running and supporting classes, tracking student progress, and creating a positive, high-energy environment
- Helping build the next generation of confident, capable young people
What we're looking for:
- Martial arts experience (any style considered)
- Energy, warmth and the ability to genuinely engage children
- Aged 18+ with a full driving licence (you may be asked to travel between sites)
- Willing to complete a DBS check before starting
