Location: St. Neots (PE19)
Salary: £14750-£15000+ car allowance + perks
Hours: Part time, 3 days a week (need to be available to work every other Saturday)

The Role

As a Property Manager you’ll be the heartbeat of the office, making sure everything runs smoothly and keep tenants.
Day-to-day you’ll:
Handle the phones and deal with maintenance requests.
Handle tenant applications, referencing, and paperwork.
Responsible of move-ins/outs and check-ins.
Deal with repairs, renewals, and admin tasks.
Carry out Inventories, Check-outs and Property inspections with our in-house tech. (no experience required)
Keep the information in our CRM updated.
What We’re Looking For:
Brilliant organiser who loves ticking things off.
People person — warm, professional, great communicator.
Comfortable with basic tech/computer (we’ll train you on the tools).
Experience in lettings/property manager required but attitude and energy are key.
