About The Role
We're looking for an experienced and motivated Quality Control Team Leader to join our team in Wyton. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of Quality Control Inspectors, drive quality standards and play a key role in ensuring vehicles are prepared to the highest standards before reaching the market.
What You’ll Be Doing

Leading, coaching, and developing a team of inspectors

Conducting and reviewing quality audits, ensuring standards are consistently met

Identifying training needs and supporting continuous improvement

Managing workflow to ensure vehicles move efficiently through the refurbishment process

Producing accurate audit reports and communicating findings clearly

Supporting customers by providing additional vehicle information and resolving queries

Ensuring compliance with customer requirements, contractual standards, and SLAs

Managing people-related activities including performance, absence and engagement
What We’re Looking For

Strong leadership and people management skills

Experience in quality control, auditing, or inspection environments

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

Strong customer service and communication abilities
-
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
-
Experience within the automotive industry and an understanding of vehicle repair methods would be advantageous
