THE ROLE
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Permanent, Part Time, Social Media & Marketing Manager and Senior Sales Advisor & Ear Piercer to join our fun and exciting team.
This is a multi faceted role. During the week, you will be managing our social media and marketing, then at the weekend, switching to a senior sales advisor role on the shop floor, ear piercing and bracelet welding (training for all services will be given).

Location: Stamford, Lincs.
Type: Permanent - Part Time
Working Hours: 19.5 - 22 hours per week (likely over 3 days per week as per below)
- 2 Week days - Likely to be Tuesday & Friday - 10am – 5.15pm (this will primarily be on social media & marketing)
- 1 Weekend day, on either a Saturday or Sunday 10:45am - 4:15pm minimum (as a senior sales advisor).
- 1 hour per week for out of hours marketing upkeep.
Christmas hours may vary and more days may be required.
SOCIAL MEDIA & MARKETING RESPONSIBILITIES
- To manage our social media, create engaging content, engage with other accounts & influencers and respond to all messages and enquires.
- Create informative and exciting marketing emailers using our design template to send out to our database.
- Plan and update our Marketing Planner to navigate our marketing strategy throughout the year.
- Create artwork and graphics using Canva to be used for events, website and print.
SENIOR SALES ADVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- To be one of our ear piercers and bracelet welders and make an entertaining experience for our customers. (training will be given)
- Answer queries, provide exemplary service, and adapt your approach depending on individuals’ personalities and needs.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by using effective selling skills
- Be a brand ambassador by maintaining a stylish and well-presented appearance.
- Operating the till system, handling financial transactions including returns and exchanges.
- Always being alert while on the shop floor and following company security policies and procedures, to keep the wider team and customers safe.
- Key holder responsibilities, to open and close the store when required.
- Leading the team when necessary and setting an example for others to follow.
THE INDIVIDUAL

Ideal candidates will have:
- Experience in creating quality, engaging content for social media.
- Have excellent English writing skills with the ability to write in our tone of voice.
- Some level of marketing skills and the ability to edit websites, use Canva and/or other graphic design suites.
- Good level of computer skills, using Macs, Excel, Word and Outlook
- Strong selling skills and excellent customer service. Experience in an environment with 1-1 sales is desirable.
- Confidence and the ability to entertain and converse with customers to deliver a service they will remember.
- Ability to work well under pressure, in a fast-paced, sales driven atmosphere – our store is sometimes very busy, with many customers waiting to be served.
- The ability to adapt to the different facets of the role and prioritise accordingly.
- A positive, ‘can-do’ attitude, an individual who enjoys working on their own and as part of a successful team, using a customer focused approach.
You do not need previous experience in ear piercing or bracelet welding, but you will need confidence and a love for entertaining. Training will be given.
