Full job description

Customer Service Coordinator - Boston Seeds Ltd

Full-Time, Permanent, 37.5 hours per week, based at Kirton, Boston, Lincs.

£26,000-28,000 per annum, plus discretionary bonus scheme.

25 days holiday, plus bank holiday, plus 1 additional day for each full completed year of service, up to a maximum of 30 days.

Up to 7% matched employer pension contributions.

Job Summary
Boston Seeds seek to appoint a confident and outgoing Customer Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This is a varied, customer-focused role to ensure every customer receives a positive experience from placing their order through to receiving their delivery. This position requires excellent customer service skills and a professional, friendly telephone manner.

Responsibilities

Responding to customer enquiries by telephone, email and in person
Providing accurate advice and information on orders, deliveries and availability
Processing and managing customer orders and amendments
Handling customer complaints and resolving issues quickly and professionally
Liaising with the warehouse, dispatch and operations teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled correctly and on time
Supporting the wider office and operations team with general administrative duties when required
Helping to maintain Boston Seeds high standards of customer satisfaction and online reviews

Experience

Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) .
Conscientious in problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
