Property Sales Administrator / Sales Progression LeadJoin the Team at Belvoir Peterborough

Belvoir Peterborough is looking for an exceptional Property Sales Administrator / Sales Progression Lead to join our growing team.

This opportunity is for someone who genuinely cares about delivering outstanding customer service, takes pride in their work, and consistently goes the extra mile for clients and colleagues alike. The Role

As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in ensuring property transactions progress smoothly from offer accepted through to completion.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing and progressing property sales through to completion
Liaising with vendors, buyers, solicitors, mortgage brokers and other parties involved in the sales process
Providing regular updates and excellent customer service throughout the transaction
Front-of-house reception duties within the sales department
Answering telephone calls and responding to email enquiries professionally and efficiently
General administration and sales support
Conducting property viewings when required

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a positive, enthusiastic individual who can demonstrate:

Exceptional organisational skills
A proactive and reliable approach to work
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Outstanding face-to-face customer service skills
A professional manner and pride in personal presentation
The ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
Confidence using Microsoft Outlook and Word
The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Essential Requirements

Full clean UK driving licence
Confident and clear communication skills
Professional and customer-focused attitude

Experience

Previous experience within the property industry, estate agency, sales progression, conveyancing, or property administration would be advantageous but is not essential. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
