i3MEDIA are seeking a strategic, analytical, and highly creative Social Media Marketing Manager to own our paid social ecosystem. In this role, you won't just be pushing buttons in Ads Manager or passing off briefs to a design team, you will be the owner of our Meta paid campaigns from high-level strategy and media buying to hands-on creative asset generation.
The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of Meta's evolving ad tech, specifically leveraging Meta's Andromeda AI, and has the design skills to build high-converting visuals.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Performance & Strategy
- Campaign Architecture: Strategy, setup, execution, and optimisation of full-funnel paid Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
- AI & Ad Tech Optimisation: Utilise Meta's Andromeda AI and advanced algorithmic features to maximise targeting efficiency, budget allocation, and creative variations.
- Data Analysis: Monitor ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates, turn data into actionable insights and iterate on campaign structures.
- A/B Testing: Maintain a rigorous testing roadmap for audiences, hooks, landing pages, and creative formats.
Creative Generation & Design
- End-to-End Content Production: Concept, script, and design high-converting ad creatives (statics, carousels, and video briefs/edits).
- Design Mastery: Use Figma to produce polished, brand-aligned visual assets rapidly.
- Direct-Response Copywriting: Write compelling ad copy tailored to different audience segments and stages of the funnel.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid Meta campaigns with a proven track record of scaling budgets profitably.
- Technical Savvy: Deep familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Pixel setup, Conversions API, and an understanding of how to leverage Meta's internal AI tools (including Andromeda AI).
- Design Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to create ad assets that stop the scroll and drive conversions.
Nice to Have
Photography & Video Production
- Video Editing: Proficiency in editing short-form video content using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar, with a strong sense of pacing, hooks, and retention for direct-response formats.
- Photography Skills: Ability to shoot and retouch product or campaign photography to a professional standard, reducing reliance on third-party photographers for quick-turnaround content needs.
