Litigation Fee Earner Residential Property Conveyancing Fee Earner - Oakham Commercial Property Legal Secretary Trusts and Probate Fee Earner Bourne Trusts and Probate Senior Fee Earner

Hegarty, one of the region’s leading law firms, are looking for an experienced legal secretary to join the team at our Peterborough office.

Preferably, you will have previous legal secretary experience and be able to work autonomously with little to no supervision.

This is a full time role and you will be joining a modern and dynamic team that fully supports each and every individual and ensures that everyone has a great work life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role you’ll be working alongside our experienced Legal Secretary supporting a team of Solicitors and Legal Assistant.

You’ll provide full secretarial support on Commercial Property files from beginning to end.

You’ll be familiar with the preparation and processing of documents, including Land Registry documents.

Person Specification:

Experience of using digital dictation and a case management system is essential.
Experience of Commercial Property work is essential.
Highly organised, able to work under pressure to specific deadlines, with great attention to detail.
Excellent telephone manner.
Excellent use of Microsoft Office products.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ensure that challenging deadlines are met.
Maintains a positive attitude, self-motivated and enthusiastic.
