Marketing Manager — Scaled & ScaledOS

Location: Remote / Hybrid (UK-based)

Salary: £29,000 — £45,000 + bonus and benefits, depending on experience

Type: Full-time, permanent

About us

Scaled is a B2B growth consultancy built by operators, for operators. We work with agencies, SaaS businesses and B2B services companies to drive measurable, sustainable growth — and we do it with a team of senior practitioners who have built, scaled and exited businesses themselves.

ScaledOS is our proprietary platform built to help B2B founders track, improve and grow the enterprise value of their business. With a 100-person waitlist and a live MVP already in market, we're at an exciting inflection point — building something genuinely new in the space where consulting meets software.

We're now hiring a Marketing Manager to own and drive marketing execution across both brands.

The role

This is a rare opportunity to run marketing across two complementary but distinct propositions — a consultancy with a strong reputation and an early-stage SaaS product with real momentum. You won't be one cog in a large machine. You'll own the plan, build the engine and be accountable for outputs.

Day to day that means running the content and social calendar, managing our HubSpot instance end to end, building and optimising workflows and nurture sequences, coordinating campaigns across paid, organic and email, and working closely with the founder and wider team to translate ideas into executed activity.

This is a hands-on role. Strategy matters here, but so does execution. We want someone who can write a brief, own the strategy and also ship the campaign.

What you'll own

The marketing plan and calendar across Scaled and ScaledOS
HubSpot CRM — pipeline visibility, contact management, list segmentation and reporting
Email marketing and automation — building workflows, nurture sequences and lifecycle campaigns
Content and social — coordinating output across LinkedIn and other channels in line with brand guidelines
Demand generation activity to support both inbound lead flow for the consultancy and waitlist/user growth for ScaledOS
Reporting — weekly and monthly performance data to leadership

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a B2B marketing role, ideally covering both services and/or SaaS
Strong, demonstrable HubSpot knowledge — CRM, workflows, sequences, reporting dashboards
Genuine understanding of marketing automation and how to use it to move buyers through a funnel
Comfortable with both strategic thinking and getting things done without hand-holding
Good content instincts — you don't need to be a copywriter, but you need to know what good looks like
Organised, self-directed and comfortable working in a fast-moving, founder-led environment

Nice to have

Experience marketing a SaaS product or platform alongside a services brand
Familiarity with LinkedIn-led demand generation for B2B audiences
Exposure to tools like Lovable, Notion, or similar modern ops/build stacks
