Job Summary

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Receptionist, where your welcoming attitude and exceptional guest service skills will set the tone for a memorable stay. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, addressing inquiries, and providing a friendly, professional experience. Your energy and hospitality expertise will help create a warm environment that guests look forward to returning to every time they visit.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression of the hotel.
Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and courtesy.
Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests promptly.
Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and billing details.
Ensure adherence to phone etiquette standards and hotel policies at all times.

Requirements

Proven experience in hotel reception or guest services is highly preferred.
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a strong advantage for serving diverse guests.
Excellent communication skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor.
Strong knowledge of hospitality standards and guest service principles.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Familiarity with hotel management software and reservation systems is desirable.
Professional appearance and positive attitude essential for creating welcoming atmospheres.
