An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Marine Division for an Internal Sales Adminsitrator to join the team on a 12-month maternity cover contract.
INTERNAL SALES ADMINISTRATOR - MATERNITY COVER
The ideal candidate will know how to deal with customer queries and Internal sales Orders over the phone and by email and process them effictively. Good working knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office applications, as well as excellent communication skills are required and you will learn how to organise, prioritise and manage your workload.
Role will include but is not limited to:
· To assist and support the Marine Manager in all general administrative duties.
· Prepare and issue product quotations.
· Provide customers with order status updates.
· Respond to incoming sale enquires.
· Maintain and update records and certification reports and maintain relevant job cards.
· Produce and control relevant documentation to enable the division to function.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
· Internal Sales experienced.
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a small team.
· Must have good accuracy and attention to detail.
· Previous experience in a similar environment desirable.
This role is full time and based at our marine offices at York Street, Aberdeen.
