Looking for a fun, flexible role in a unique wedding and events venue?

We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable Casual Bar & Event Staff to join our friendly team at The Barn @ Barra Castle.

From beautiful weddings and festive parties to corporate events and private celebrations, no two days are the same. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, love providing excellent customer service and thrive as part of a team, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

You'll play an important part in ensuring every event runs smoothly, helping to create memorable experiences for our guests from the moment they arrive until the last drink is served.

No two shifts are the same, and you'll be working alongside an experienced events team in a lively and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities

Serve drinks efficiently and responsibly from the bar
Provide warm, friendly and professional customer service
Set up and clear down bars and event spaces
Assist with food and drink service when required
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation
Restock bars and monitor supplies throughout service
Work as part of the events team to ensure each event runs seamlessly

About You

We're looking for someone who:

Has a positive, can-do attitude
Enjoys working with people and providing excellent customer service
Works well under pressure in a busy environment
Is reliable, punctual and well presented
Is confident working as part of a team
Is available to work evenings and weekends
Has previous bar or hospitality experience

Own transport is necessary due to our rural location.
